1. User-provided sources

Macaw allows users to connect compatible playlist credentials and URLs that they obtain independently. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access, process and display any content made available through those sources.

2. No content affiliation

Macaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for playlist providers, television networks, studios, rights holders or third-party services that may be accessed using user-provided information.

3. No content guarantees

Macaw cannot guarantee the legality, availability, quality, accuracy or continuity of third-party playlists or media. Questions about credentials, subscription status, missing content or provider outages must be directed to the applicable provider.

4. Acceptable use

Users must comply with applicable laws, copyright requirements and the terms of their content providers. Macaw must not be used to access or distribute content without authorization.

5. Device and playlist data

6. Player licensing

A Macaw license purchases access to player features only. It does not include channels, media, playlists or a streaming subscription. One Year licenses expire at the stated time; Lifetime licenses apply to the licensed Macaw device identifier under the applicable terms.

7. Support boundary

Macaw support covers installation, player operation, device access and Macaw licensing. It does not provide playlist credentials, recommend unauthorized sources or troubleshoot a provider's content service.
